No, we do not require an appointment , however for your own satisfaction, we highly recommend you make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but are on a first come, first serve basis, depending on previously scheduled appointments, the availability of bridal consultants and dressing rooms. 10:30 am, 1:30 pm, 3:30pm, with 5:00 pm pr 5:30 pm available on Tuesdays & Wednesday.

When should I book my appointment?
As soon as possible. Once you'r engaged and begin envisioning your wedding theme, that's the time to begin wedding dress selection. It takes time, and we are here to assist you without sales pressure tactics used by other bridal boutiques.
Purchasing Couture or Custom Orders: versus our Ready-to-Wear Dresses
If selecting a couture original design from the U.S. Trademark Label Couture By Tess, an initial appointment 9-12 months prior to your date is highly recommended.
Do you handle alterations?
Yes, as a designer and atelier, we do all alterations in-house. And guess what, unlike other bridal boutiques, our basic alterations are FREE OF CHARGE. on our couture wedding dresses.
How much is the dress deposit?
All orders require a 50% deposit with payment in full at the earliest of the following listed below. However, NO later than than 6 months from the purchase date:
1) When your dress order is shipped and arrives at our boutique, (usually 4 months from order date with deposit).
2) 6 months from date of purchase on couture, custom-measured original design orders.
3) Any wedding dress ordered within 6 months from the wedding date MUST be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
