Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since tracking has determined that your package has arrived, we can not offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and shipped within 3 days of receipt with return tracking provided to the originator/seller. 

Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Several styles are exempt from being returned. $99 Sale Dresses & any product/item labeled Final Sale is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for the following:

  • Damage not present when item was shipped to buyer.
  • Stains, rips, tears not present when item was shipped to buyer.
  • Signs of being worn for more than a try-on. (Example: Transference of Make-Up, Body Odor, etc.)
  • Any other obvious defect not present when item was shipped to buyer.

We will notify the customer via email that we have received the returned item and have inspected it.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund is rejected due to failed inspection, any disputes by your credit card company will have enclosed documents to your agreement to our Return Policy and your failure to adhere to said policies.  The item will be returned to the buyer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, up to 30 days.

If used debit card next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Most items, as floor samples, are not available for exchange as we only have 1 item per size.  Items may be exchanged for a different item of equal or lesser value, new shipping charges would be applicable.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
31 W. Broad St.  Cookeville, TN 38501.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you did not pay for shipping at the time of shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
